19 Apr 2013: On behalf of the developer (Waterfront Place) solicitor Rigby Cooke Lawyers has sent details of its Section 79 application to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). This includes a statement of grounds supporting the application.
Rigby Cooke has also provided each benefitted owner a form in which they may state their intention to appear and present a submission to the VCAT hearing. These forms must be submitted by 7 May 2013. The forms (including statement of grounds) must also be provided to Rigby Cooke and the City of Port Phillip by that date (7 May 2013).
