Andrew Nehme, Director of Action Group Australia Pty Ltd, met with residents today to discuss and answer questions about his proposed building at 1-11 Waterfront Place Port Melbourne.
Lloyd Elliott, Director of Urbis, explained the plan in detail with particular focus on design drivers (e.g. wind tunnel experiments and shadowing), the proposed public gym (and pool), parking, and numerics:
- Units and townhouses: 225
- Serviced apartments: 55
- Car parking spaces: 430
AGA did not yet have any details of the construction plan, in terms of duration and impact on traffic.
Residents expressed appreciation for the meeting and encouraged more community communication.
